Chicken Cacciatore

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, diced 1 onion, diced 4 carrots, peeled and julienned 1/2 cup frozen green peas 650 ml bottle marinara sauce 14 oz can diced tomatoes 1/2 cup red wine Brown chicken in margarine or oil until well browned.  Add diced onion, carrots, peas, and jalapeno pepper.  Stir for 5 minutes.  Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and red wine.  Simmer over medium low heat for 25 minutes.  Serve over medium broad egg noodles.
